At Tails of Hope WI, we follow a foster-based model and are committed to providing the best possible care for our animals. We never euthanize animals based on how long they've been in rescue or due to high medical bills. However, in cases where an animal is suffering or displays unprovoked aggression or a bite history, we may consider euthanasia after consulting with veterinarians, professional trainers, and behaviorists. Each situation is unique, and we carefully assess the best course of action. If you have any questions, please reach out to our director.
-
We do not have a public phone number. To ensure proper documentation, we communicate primarily through email. Most of the common questions can be answered on our website, and specific inquiries can be included in your adoption application. We appreciate your understanding as we manage a high volume of inquiries and strive to maintain fairness and order in our responses.

At Tails of Hope WI Rescue, we believe in providing the best possible care for our animals. That's why we choose to work with veterinarians who administer all exams, vaccinations, and medical care, mirroring what the adopters would provide. Our goal is to give our dogs the best start in terms of their health and well-being. The adoption fees we charge reflect the high-quality veterinary care we provide.
-
Our Facebook page is primarily used to engage with our supporters, including fosters, adopters, volunteers, and the general public. We do not respond to inquiries made through Facebook. For any questions or inquiries, please contact us.
-
We do not require our fosters to sign up for events as participation is entirely voluntary. If you're interested in meeting a specific animal, please submit an application. Applying does not obligate you to meet or adopt the animal if you feel it's not a match. By reviewing your application, we can find the best-suited match for you. Please note that our youngest puppies cannot attend events until they have received two rounds of vaccinations.
